About Me

I have been an artist and a potter for most of my life, weaving this creative path alongside work in teaching, wellbeing, and counselling. For the last five years I have specialised in transformative coaching and IFS psychotherapy, and have been deepening my practice through the study and integration of psychospiritual practices and therapeutic shamanism — work that has enriched my approach in profound and holistic ways.

I offer a unique, intuitive approach that is also trauma-informed, creating a safe space for you to explore your depths and discover your true potential.

I am a certified IFS (Internal Family Systems) Therapist, a Senior Practitioner registered with the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC), and an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), whose ethical codes of practice I follow.
